The Manufacturing Engineer supports day-to-day manufacturing line operations, resolves production issues, improves manufacturing processes, and implements solutions that enhance safety, quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.

Key Contributions & Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain manufacturing systems including MESA, CAPP+, SAP, and PINpoint, along with vision systems, pinstampers, torque tooling, and process control systems.

  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI), Continuous Improvement (CPI), and capital project activities, including equipment procurement, installation, validation, and launch.
  • Develop capital and expense justifications, support manufacturing readiness activities, and implement lean manufacturing initiatives to reduce waste and improve productivity.
  • Lead projects associated with assembly tooling, automation, process controls, layouts, and manufacturing equipment improvements.
