F&B Service Crew

Job responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Assist in food preparation and plating as needed, adhering to company standards and hygiene protocols.
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive dining experience for all guests.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on company policies and procedures.

Job requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in F&B or customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage but not mandatory.
