Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare 2D ferroelectric materials.
  • Characterize the ferroelectric polarization with various methods, such as PFM and P-E loop test.
  • Confirm the polarization switch with electrical pulses.
  • Demonstrate reconfigurable photoresponsivity of the samples.
  • Fabricate and test devices based on 2D ferroelectric materials.
  • Collect and analyze the result.
  • Draft manuscript and project reports based on the results.
  • Mentor undergraduates or master students under this project.
  • Assist the PI to draft new research proposals.

Job Requirements:

  • PhD degree in Electronics, Materials Science and Engineering, Physics, or a related field. Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
  • At least 2 years of technical hands-on experience in 2D ferroelectric materials characterization and device design and fabrication.
