  • Find and approach active and passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, tech communities, events and any other promising sourcing method;
  • Coordinate the selection process with all stakeholders (managers, technical experts) and make sure assessments are structured, consistent and fair;
  • Assess applications, document interactions in the ATS and make hiring recommendations;
  • Work with account managers to anticipate talent needs tied to new opportunities with our existing clients;
  • Strengthen our employer brand in collaboration with the Marketing team;
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience at every stage of the process;
  • Help improve our talent acquisition processes.

The keys to your success:

  • At least 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in IT, a consulting firm or an agency;

  • Strong command of advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter), social media and AI tools;
  • Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS); knowledge of Lever is an asset;
  • Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills to win over candidates and close successful hires while maintaining internal equity;
  • Ability to juggle multiple mandates and quickly adjust priorities;
  • Fluency in French and English, spoken and written (bilingualism is essential for this role);
  • Knowledge of MPO is an asset.

Employment details:

  • Hybrid work, with presence at the Montreal office 2 days a week;
  • Salary range: $70,000 to $95,000, based on a 37.5-hour work week.

What we offer:

  • 3 weeks of vacation (or more, depending on experience);
  • 5 days off over the holiday season;
  • Flexible days off for personal reasons and life’s unexpected events;
