Unlock your full potential as a Maintenance Technician at our office in Ta' Xbiex. Neo Group is a B2B services company. In this hands-on role, you will keep our building, equipment and appliances in top condition, carrying out routine and preventive maintenance and repairs across plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems. You won't just fix problems as they arise; you will run regular inspections, respond quickly to maintenance requests, and keep accurate records so issues are spotted early. If you are practical, safety-minded, and flexible enough to work evenings and weekends when needed, we would love to hear from you!

What we want you to do:

• Routine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as repairing and replacing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC fixtures.
• Repairs: Repair and maintain building structures, equipment, and appliances.
• Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them in a timely manner.
• Preventive Maintenance: Perform preventive maintenance tasks to prolong the lifespan of equipment and minimize downtime.
• Request Handling: Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
• Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and report any concerns to the supervisor.
• Health & Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and regulations in all maintenance activities.

Requirements

• Prior experience in maintenance or a related role is required.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical strength and stamina to handle manual labor tasks.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
