Autofill is free forever on every plan. Use a free account, saved resume and desktop browser extension. Plans change your monthly AI-tailored resume allowance and the model that writes them, never your autofill limit. Job search, fit scores and application records are included.

## Questions

### Is my data safe?

Yes. Your data is protected with strong encryption both while it travels between you and Job Envoy and while it is stored, backups included. The most sensitive answers you save, like voluntary self-identification, get an extra layer of encryption of their own.

Everything you add is kept in secure, private storage that belongs to your account alone. No one else can reach your resume, your saved answers or your envoy, and the files you upload are never made public.

Job Envoy never sees or keeps a password, and never sees your card. We do not sell your data or show ads. We send only sign-up and purchase events to ad platforms, to measure our own ads, and you can turn that off.

### Who sees my resume?

The model provider you pick, Anthropic or OpenAI, when it tailors a resume: your resume, your instructions and the posting go to it, and nothing else. When an uploaded file is read into fields, your contact details are taken out first, so the model does not see whose resume it is.

The company you apply to sees what you submit on its own page. Nobody else does.

### Does Job Envoy apply for me?

No. Your envoy finds the postings that fit, tailors a resume to each, and prepares the form's answers. The browser extension fills the company's form from them; you check it, do any verification, and press Submit yourself. It never presses Submit and never touches a CAPTCHA.

### Will a tailored resume say things I never did?

No. Every tailored resume is held to the resume you saved, in code, before it is kept: nothing may be added, and no role, date, employer or contact detail may change. One that fails is refused, nothing is kept, and it costs you no tailor.

You can read what the tailor changed for each posting, and the exact PDF that went with each application is kept.

### What counts as a tailor?

One resume tailored to one posting, with the form's answers for it at no extra charge. The stronger models count as more than one tailor, and the app says how many before you pick one. A posting the envoy only finds, and one you skip before it is tailored, uses none. Autofilling an application from your resume is free and unlimited, and uses none either: the extension fills your details and saved answers and attaches the resume file you uploaded.

### What happens when I run out of tailors?

Your envoy keeps finding and scoring openings, and they wait for you. The tailors come back when your billing period resets; what is left at its end does not carry over. To tailor more before then, move up a plan or buy a pack.

### Do tailor packs expire?

No. A pack is bought once, on Pro or Max, and its tailors run on your plan's model. They are used after the period's tailors are spent, and they stay on your account for as long as it is open.

### Do I need a card to start?

No. Free costs nothing and asks for no card. You give one only when you choose Pro or Max, on Stripe's own page.

### Can I cancel or change my plan?

Yes, at any time, from your account, through Stripe's billing portal. A plan you cancel stays until the end of the period you paid for, and then you are on Free. Payments are not refunded except where the law requires it.

Paying for three months or a year at once costs less than paying month by month, and the year saves the most; the plans above show by how much. The tailors still reset each month.

### Can I take my data with me, or delete it?

Both, from your account. An export holds everything Job Envoy keeps about you, and you get an email when it is ready. Deleting your account ends sign-in at once and takes out your envoy, its records, your resumes and every file you uploaded. Billing records stay, because the law requires them, and so do the records of what you agreed to and consented to, which hold no answers, name or email.
